For a 350g bag, you will need:
- 350g bag Pancake Mix
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp oil
Makes 10-12 Pancakes
For the bulk bags (2kg & 4kg), you will need:
- 1 cup Pancake Mix
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp oil
