INGREDIENTS: sea salt, smoked pimenton paprika, cayenne + nothing else.
Our salt in our FIRE SALT is hand-harvested in the cold, clear waters of Oyster Bay, British Columbia. This blend is perfect as the base for rubs, to sprinkle over roasted vegetables or hummus. It is more smokey than hot, as we use two different kinds of peppers and only one of them is spicy.
Once the water is drawn from the bay, it goes through a seven-step filtration process ending with microfiltration. After this extensive filtration, the water is kettle-boiled before the evaporation process and salt crystal formation begins.
